Our Equity fund’s objective is to partner with high-margin companies that show strong potential for accelerated growth.

This fund is aimed at investors that want to maximize their capital investment returns whilst getting a yearly dividend.

By providing both financial and strategic management resources to these companies, our team helps them reach their full potential. With our support, they expand their products, grow their operations, explore new competitive landscapes and increase shareholder value.

By combining these successes with the Section 12J tax savings our investors have achieved remarkable returns over the past five years. We currently have 7 companies in our investment portfolio, and we continue building a portfolio of companies that create jobs, are socially responsible and deliver robust returns to our investors.

Anuva Investments’ Income fund allows an investor to purchase 10% monthly income returning participating preference shares secured by a rental book in one of our equity companies, NuMobile.

This fund is aimed at investors who want to maximize their income returnswhilst not using capital to cover their income requirements.

NuMobile is a smartphone provider to low-income employees enabling employees to connect to the internet and other smart technology which allows them to communicate with their employers, colleagues and clients. This business has grown substantially due to Covid and continues to accelerate with many blue-chip companies recently becoming clients. Monthly subscriptions are collected from the employer, not the cell phone users, and a 15% bad debt allowance has been factored in. The NuMobile book is currently 3.5 x times the size of the Income Fund, providing ample security for the investment. Anuva will never allow this exposure to slip below 3x the rental book value.
