Anuva offers a Section 12J administrative platform for investors and/or groups of investors to invest into target projects and take advantage of a 100% tax deduction.

Funds invested in Anuva by way of share subscription will be directed into a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) which will be established and operated on behalf of the investor group in such a manner that the investment objectives of the group are fulfilled.

The funds invested in Anuva will be invested into the SPV which will be operated in accordance with the investors’ objectives, provided the business activities are not prohibited in terms of Section 12J of the Income Tax act, giving investors control of all their investment decisions. The role of Anuva is principally that of compliance and oversight.

An optional loan facility is also available to investors who don’t have upfront funds available, providing a unique investment opportunity to a broader base of investors.
